Agronomist - Crop Production Specialist (Abu Dhabi)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agronomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Agronomist, you will be responsible for managing crop production and ensuring the highest quality of agricultural output. This position requires a strong knowledge of plant science, soil health, and crop management techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to improve crop production and develop new techniques for increasing yields
- Monitor soil health and recommend appropriate fertilizers and irrigation methods
- Analyze data and implement strategies to optimize crop growth and minimize risks such as pests and diseases
- Train and supervise farm workers in proper planting, maintenance, and harvesting practices
- Collaborate with other professionals such as entomologists, plant pathologists, and soil scientists to address complex issues affecting crops
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and government regulations related to crop production

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in crop production management
- Knowledge of plant science, soil health, irrigation systems, pest/disease control methods, and fertilizers
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train and supervise farm workers
- Attention to detail for accurately monitoring crops' health and identifying potential issues

Salary: 1200$ monthly (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Abu Dhabi (Indians preferred)

Note: This is a full-time position with no English language requirement. Part-time opportunities or biometric passport holders are not applicable.
