Merchandiser (Abu-Dhabi)



As a Merchandiser in Abu-Dhabi, you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays and promotions to attract and engage customers. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that the right products are in the right place at the right time. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing merchandising strategies and plans based on market trends and customer needs
- Collaborating with suppliers and sourcing new products or designs
- Creating attractive displays that showcase products and promotions effectively
- Ensuring that displays are properly stocked, priced, and labeled
- Conducting regular store visits to monitor stock levels and update displays as needed
- Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion
- Communicating with the sales team to understand their needs and provide support as needed

To excel in this role, you should have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A background in retail or marketing is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

- Pakistani or Canadian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- No previous experience required, but must be willing to learn quickly
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided
