Merchandiser Assistant

We are a retail company in Abu Dhabi looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Assistant to join our team. As a Merchandiser Assistant, you will assist the Merchandiser in managing inventory, creating displays, and ensuring product availability and presentation is maintained at all times. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for merchandising and a desire to grow their skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Merchandiser in planning and implementing merchandising strategies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock replenishment
- Create attractive displays that showcase our products effectively
- Monitor product availability and communicate with suppliers as needed
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and presentation
- Assist in creating visual merchandising plans that align with company standards
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure merchandise meets customer demand and preferences
- Help maintain store cleanliness and organization according to company standards

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred, but open to all nationalities
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one

Salary: 1500$ per month
