Office Assistant
We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position is open to Indian and Malayalee candidates who are fluent in English and have their own visa in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining files, records, and documents both electronically and physically
- Assisting with office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Performing general clerical duties such as data entry, typing documents, and organizing paperwork
- Providing support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in an office assistant or similar role
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Must have own visa in Dubai
