Office Assistant
We are a reputable company based in Abu Dhabi and we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as data entry and processing invoices
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Keep accurate records of all office expenses
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff members and external contacts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
