Wedding Planner

A reputable wedding planning company in Jeddah is seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, from budget management to vendor selection and event design.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience in event planning or coordination preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Source and negotiate with vendors for the best prices and services
- Create detailed wedding timelines and ensure all elements are executed according to plan
- Manage budget and track expenses throughout the planning process
- Assist with venue selection, décor, menu planning, and other event details
- Coordinate with vendors on delivery, setup, and breakdown of event elements
- Attend rehearsals and oversee the smooth execution of the wedding day events
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire process

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred but not required
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cultural customs surrounding weddings in Jeddah is a plus

Compensation:
Salary: 1000$ per month
