Immigration Attorney

We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team in Jeddah. As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients who are seeking to immigrate to different countries. You will also assist clients with the preparation of necessary documents and applications, as well as represent them in hearings or court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on immigration laws and regulations
- Assist clients with preparing and submitting visa applications, work permits, and other immigration-related documents
- Represent clients in immigration hearings or court proceedings
- Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies
- Develop strategies to help clients achieve their immigration goals
- Maintain accurate records of client cases
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases or issues
- Build relationships with government agencies and other relevant organizations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Immigration Attorney
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Experience working with clients from different cultures is preferred

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (accommodation provided)

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for permanent position)
