Immigration Attorney


We are hiring an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our reputable law firm in Jeddah. As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients seeking immigration services. Your main duties will include preparing and filing immigration applications, attending hearings, and communicating with government agencies on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to clients on immigration laws and procedures
- Prepare and file immigration applications, including visa petitions, green card applications, and citizenship applications
- Represent clients in immigration court hearings
- Communicate with government agencies to resolve any issues or concerns regarding client cases
- Review and analyze client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration laws
- Maintain updated knowledge of current immigration laws and policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Immigration Attorney
- Excellent knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail
- Experience in representing clients in court hearings is preferred

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month.

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
