Retail Sales Associate

A retail sales associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a retail setting. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Continuously learn about new products and promotions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (Malayalee or Canadian nationality preferred)
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately

Salary: 1500 USD/month (without accommodation)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (English speaking candidates preferred)
