Call Center Representative for Indian Nationals in Jeddah
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent service to our clients, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve any issues
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing information about products and services to potential customers
- Meeting daily targets for call volume and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in Hindi or other Indian languages
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven work experience as a call center representative or similar customer service role
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Salary: 1700$ per month
