Online Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Al Hufuf. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online platforms. This role is suitable for men with own visa and experience in English speaking customer service roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient assistance to customers through online channels such as chat, email, and social media
- Answer inquiries and resolve issues related to products, services, and policies
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products or services when appropriate
- Document all customer interactions accurately for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with company's products, services, and promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using various online communication tools
- Must have own visa allowing employment
- Indian nationality is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
