Wedding Planner

We are a premier event planning company seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and executing all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations to the final event. This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and budget for the wedding
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the wedding, including venue selection, vendor contracts, decorations, catering, and entertainment
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the entire event
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes
- Manage budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the agreed-upon budget
- Arrange transportation and accommodations for out-of-town guests
- Coordinate rehearsals and oversee the ceremony on the day of the wedding
- Handle any last-minute issues or emergencies that may arise during the event

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Wedding Planner or in a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with local vendors, venues, and other resources in Doha preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Doha but may require occasional travel within Qatar.
