Hotel Manager



We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Doha. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our guests, managing staff, and maintaining high levels of customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional plans and attract new guests
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to track performance
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g. Opera) is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must be able to work legally in Qatar
