Nepali Hotel Manager in Doha, Qatar


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nepali Hotel Manager to lead our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position without accommodation, suitable for students or individuals who do not require English language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize hotel performance and achieve revenue targets
- Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Manage budgeting and financial planning for the hotel
- Maintain relationships with guests to ensure their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly
- Monitor guest reviews and feedback to continuously improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Manager in a similar setting
- Fluent in Nepali language with basic knowledge of English preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management processes
- Customer service oriented with attention to detail

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
