Information Security Analyst - Umm-Salal


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Umm-Salal. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's data and systems from potential cyber threats. You will work closely with IT teams to implement security measures, monitor network activity, and investigate any security incidents.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious or unauthorized behavior.
- Respond to security incidents in a timely manner and take necessary actions to contain and mitigate the impact.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in information security.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Information Security Analyst.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: 1700$
