Indian Administrator in Al-Khor
We are seeking an experienced Indian Administrator to join our team in Al-Khor. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing support to the team. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month, with accommodation provided.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ordering supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the team by drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and conducting research.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for team members.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate information.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Ensure all office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrator or similar role.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
