Job Title: Office Administrator



The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's office in Al-Khor. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in office administration. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in budget planning and expense tracking
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
