Business Coach


We are a rapidly growing organization looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing professional coaching services to our clients, helping them achieve their business goals and maximize their potential. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in business coaching and a strong understanding of the Indian market.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct coaching sessions with clients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
- Develop customized coaching plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals
- Provide guidance and support to clients on various aspects of business, including leadership development, strategic planning, financial management, and marketing
- Help clients improve their decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities
- Monitor and track progress of clients' goals and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Stay updated on market trends and changes in the Indian business landscape

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Coach or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in any other languages is a plus
- Strong understanding of the Indian market, culture, and business practices
- Proven track record of helping businesses achieve growth and success through coaching
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and establish trust
- Flexibility to work with different industries and adapt coaching techniques accordingly

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Al-Khor, Qatar (Visa sponsorship available)
