Product Designer

Our company in Al-Khor is seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products, as well as improving existing ones. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and are visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to create innovative and functional product designs. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Design new products that meet customer needs and align with the company's brand image
- Improve existing products through research, analysis, and design modifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, marketing, and sales to gather requirements and ensure product feasibility
- Create sketches, 3D models, and prototypes of product designs
- Conduct market research to identify trends and incorporate them into product designs
- Ensure that all designs comply with safety standards and regulations
- Communicate design concepts effectively through presentations and visual aids

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product design
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
- Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout
- Ability to create detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus
