Concierge Assistant


Are you a friendly and customer-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity in the hospitality industry? Our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Concierge Assistant to join our team. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to guests during their stay. This is a contract position with no experience required and is open to candidates of all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, or other venues
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of local area attractions and restaurants preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permit

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
