Position: Concierge
Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar
Salary: 1600$

We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities in the building.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents and guests upon arrival
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures for residents and guests
- Answer inquiries regarding local attractions, transportation, and other services
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, and other activities as requested by residents or guests
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Coordinate with building staff to ensure timely delivery of packages and mail to residents
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area at all times
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle any complaints or issues from residents or guests in a professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field is preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
