Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations in our hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your main duties will include managing and training housekeeping staff, creating cleaning schedules, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory. You will also be in charge of monitoring budget and expenses related to housekeeping department.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in housekeeping management, excellent organizational skills, and strong leadership abilities. Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures is necessary to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are met. You must also have good communication skills to effectively supervise and motivate your team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules for all areas of the hotel
- Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Manage staff performance by setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular inspections
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Oversee laundry operations to ensure timely delivery of clean linens to guest rooms
- Collaborate with other departments such as front desk or maintenance to meet guest needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor in a hotel setting
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Effective communication skills
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting etc.

Salary: 1200$ per month (tax-free)
