Housekeeping Manager


We are a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping department. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services
- Create work schedules for housekeeping staff

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, and cleaning products
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and control costs
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
