Wedding Planner


We are a reputable wedding planning company located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar and we are currently hiring a Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of weddings from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and specific requirements
- Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as venue, catering, decorations, entertainment, etc.
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day
- Manage all aspects of the wedding day, including setup, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on wedding etiquette, traditions, and trends
- Keep track of expenses and ensure that the wedding stays within budget
- Work closely with the client to ensure their vision is brought to life on their special day

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Passion for weddings and staying up-to-date with current trends in the industry

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with additional benefits.

Location:
This is a full-time job based in Al-Rayyan. However, we welcome candidates from different nationalities who are willing to relocate if required.
