Administrative Manager
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company in Al-Wakra. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a proven track record in managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of office operations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Handle budgeting and expense management for the administrative department
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative management role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of budgeting and expense management techniques
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Salary: $1700 per month
Location: Al-Wakra, Qatar
