Office Assistant

We are a growing company in Al-Wakra and we are seeking a responsible and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have exceptional communication skills. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Data entry and filing
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1800$ per month
Location: Al-Wakra
Nationality: Indian preferred
