Office Clerk - Dukhan, Qatar
As an Office Clerk in Dukhan, Qatar, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. Your main duties will include maintaining files and records, answering phones and emails, and organizing office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update files and records
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Organize office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
- Prepare documents and reports as needed
- Coordinate with other departments or external parties as necessary
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Ensure that the office is clean and well-maintained at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
