Administrative Manager
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Lusail. This position is suitable for men and offers a salary of 1500$. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for managing the administrative operations of our company. This includes overseeing the work of administrative staff, handling budgeting and financial tasks, and ensuring that all office procedures are running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the work of administrative staff members
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Handle budgeting and financial tasks, such as managing expenses and processing invoices
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Handle any administrative issues or concerns that arise within the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in an administrative management role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
