Aerospace Engineer - Lusail, Qatar
We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and testing aircraft and spacecraft components, as well as developing new technologies and systems. You will apply your knowledge of aerodynamics, propulsion, and materials to create safe and efficient vehicles that meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop aerospace components such as engines, wings, and control systems
- Conduct performance tests on aircraft prototypes to assess their safety and efficiency
- Analyze data from tests to identify areas for improvement in design or performance
- Collaborate with other engineers to integrate different systems into the overall design
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and regulations in order to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Use computer software to simulate flight conditions and predict performance of different designs
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace engineering
- Strong knowledge of aerodynamics, propulsion systems, and materials used in aircraft construction
- Proficiency in CAD software for design purposes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
