Chemical Engineer - Process Optimization Specialist
Location: Lusail, Qatar


We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chemical Engineer with expertise in process optimization to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough analysis of production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategies for optimizing processes and reducing costs
- Utilizing statistical analysis tools to analyze data and identify trends
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Monitoring and tracking process performance metrics to ensure goals are met
- Identifying potential risks or issues in production processes and developing contingency plans
- Staying updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in process optimization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in process optimization, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen
- Familiarity with process simulation software (e.g. Aspen Plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluency in Malayalam preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
