Job Title: Industrial Engineer (Filipino)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvement
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high-quality production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for cost reduction initiatives
- Monitor production processes and provide regular reports on performance and efficiency
- Train employees on new processes or procedures as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles is preferred
- Proficiency in English is required

Salary: 1600$ per month
