Petroleum Engineer - Lusail, Qatar

Our Oil and Gas company in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Petroleum Engineer to join our team. As a Petroleum Engineer, you will play a critical role in the exploration, extraction, and production of oil and gas resources. You will work closely with geologists and other engineers to develop efficient methods for maximizing production while minimizing costs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement drilling plans for new or existing wells
- Conduct reservoir analysis to determine potential oil and gas reserves
- Monitor production levels and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization
- Develop plans for enhanced oil recovery techniques
- Collaborate with other engineers to design surface facilities for oil and gas processing
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of drilling techniques, reservoir analysis, and production optimization methods
- Proficient in industry software such as Petrel or Eclipse
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

Salary: $1300 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Location: Lusail, Qatar. Accommodation will be provided.
