Executive Chef
We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu planning to food preparation and presentation. You will also be in charge of managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop menus that cater to our clientele's preferences and dietary requirements
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary ingredients and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing ones
- Manage kitchen budgets and control costs without compromising on quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Ability to create innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation
- A degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred
- Experience working in Abu Dhabi or the Middle East is a plus
Salary: 1000$ per month
