Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Abu Dhabi)


We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a reputable Indian restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Indian cuisine, preferably with previous experience working in a similar role. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$, providing an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction
- Hire, train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Conduct regular inventory checks and monitor stock levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including traditional dishes and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
