Assistant Restaurant Manager


A well-established restaurant in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and should be able to handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing employees
- Manage budget and control costs to maximize profits
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and maintain high quality standards for food and beverage offerings
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in a busy restaurant setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required

This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. Candidates with their own visa will be given preference. Freshers with relevant education or experience are welcome to apply.
