Information Technology Manager vacancy in Umm-Salal Qatar

IT Manager
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the information technology department in our company. They will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies to meet the business needs of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information technology systems and how they can be used to improve business operations. They should also have excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with other departments.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the IT team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and regularly tested
- Evaluate new technology solutions that could benefit the company's operations
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide effective solutions
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and negotiate with vendors for optimum pricing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security protocols, and data backup procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with other departments and vendors
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems

Salary: 1300$
Location: Umm-Salal
Preference: Indian candidates preferred but all nationalities are welcome. English speaking proficiency required.
