Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all departments within the hotel including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
- Manage hotel budgets and ensure financial goals are met.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to ensure they are providing quality service to guests.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional activities and packages to attract guests.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products at competitive prices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems such as Opera or Fidelio.
- Ability to work long hours when necessary, including weekends and holidays.
