Petroleum Engineer - Oil Refinery Operations Manager


Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team as an Oil Refinery Operations Manager in Ar-Ruwais, Philippines. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, along with accommodation provided. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in the oil and gas industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the oil refinery, including production planning, scheduling, and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve production efficiency.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement new processes or technologies.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for procurement of necessary materials.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates on production performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil refinery operations management.
- Extensive knowledge of oil refining processes, equipment, and technology.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
