We are a rapidly growing company in the heart of Abu Dhabi, looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company's sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential business opportunities
- Train, mentor, and coach sales representatives on effective selling techniques
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience in developing strategic sales plans and achieving targets
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the same industry
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients based on trust and understanding
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is preferred)
