We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property lines, topography, and other important information for construction and development projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent mathematical skills, and proficiency in surveying equipment and software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various methods such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography.
- Analyze survey data to create maps, charts, and reports.
- Establish reference points and control lines for construction projects.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate placement of structures on the land.
- Prepare legal descriptions of surveyed property for deeds and other legal documents.
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Proficient in surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS.
- Knowledge of CAD software for mapping purposes.
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Salary:
The salary for this position is competitive at 1600$ per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience and performance.
