Administrator - Abu Dhabi
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. As our Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. You will also be required to coordinate with different departments within the company to ensure smooth operations and support high-level executives with various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Prepare reports and presentations for meetings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Manage inventory of office supplies and order as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
