We are searching for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team in Dubai. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery to ensure efficient production. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth production.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance tasks as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
