Restaurant Manager (Dubai)


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules and maintaining inventory levels
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high quality standards
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Create marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Keep track of employee performance and conduct regular evaluations
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menus or dishes that align with market trends

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing staff and increasing profitability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience implementing them
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required
