Surveyor - Land and Property Valuation Specialist
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land and property valuations for various purposes such as sales, mortgages, taxation, and development. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$. This job does not require English proficiency and is open to Canadians and Filipinos. Part-time positions may also be available.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting on-site visits to inspect land and properties
- Utilizing various tools such as maps, blueprints, and survey equipment to accurately measure and record the dimensions of land and buildings
- Researching property records to gather information on ownership, zoning regulations, and market trends
- Analyzing data collected to determine the value of land or property for sale, mortgage, taxation or development purposes
- Preparing detailed reports on findings and presenting them to clients or stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with current industry standards and regulations related to land valuation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in land or property valuation
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Proficiency in using survey equipment
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
