A leading industrial company in Sharjah is in need of experienced Machine Operators to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machines used in production. Your main goal will be to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Basic computer skills for recording production data and completing forms
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
