Job Title: Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and managing a team of staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, inventory management, and staffing
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service
- Monitor food quality and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure effective communication within the team

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar establishment
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
