Job Title: Construction Manager


We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Sharjah. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include managing subcontractors, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage project timelines and ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Oversee subcontractor performance and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with diverse teams
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation. This is a full-time position open to all nationalities.
