Indian Pastry Chef in Sharjah


Our 5-star hotel in Sharjah is seeking an experienced and talented Indian Pastry Chef to join our team. As the Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious desserts and pastries that will delight our guests. You must have a passion for pastry making, a creative flair, and excellent time management skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweet treats
- Develop new recipes and menu items to keep up with current trends
- Ensure all desserts are presented in an attractive manner
- Train junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff on pastry making techniques
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the pastry kitchen
- Order supplies and ingredients as needed while keeping within budget constraints
- Collaborate with other chefs to create balanced menus that include both savory and sweet options

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of different pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong creativity skills to develop new recipes and menu items
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong communication skills to collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution is preferred
