Land Surveyor

We are currently hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine boundaries, prepare topographical maps, and collect data for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong mathematical skills, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Use specialized equipment to measure and map land features
- Conduct surveys to establish property boundaries and create legal descriptions of land
- Prepare detailed maps and reports based on collected data
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate survey results
- Review project plans and blueprints to determine survey needs
- Keep accurate records of survey data and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Land Surveyor is an advantage but not required
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and laser levels
- Knowledge of CAD software is a plus
- Physically fit to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
