Sales Manager

Our company is a leading retail chain in Sharjah and we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring that all sales targets are met or exceeded. You will also be responsible for training and developing the sales staff to improve their performance and achieve their full potential. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a competitive spirit, and is results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals
- Set clear sales targets for the team and monitor their progress
- Train, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the sales staff
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Build strong relationships with key clients to maintain long-term partnerships
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market analysis, and budget forecasts

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is preferred)
